Supplies to be brought by parents, godparents, or candidate: 

1. Classic Olive Oil – small bottle 
2. Bar of Dove Soap 
3. Large White Bath Towel 
4. Small White Hand Towel 
5. Baptismal Cross 
6. Baptism Gown / Clothing for after Baptism 
7. Icon for the candidate of their patron saint 
8. Baptismal Candle

Note: The godparent(s) should come to Confession prior to the baptism.  Talk with the parish priest to work out the appropriate time.

Note: The newly baptized Orthodox Christian will receive Holy Communion first for the following three Sundays, carried by his godparent, and with his baptismal candle lit.
